My name is Massimo, I’m a 25-year-old master’s student in Financial Economics at Erasmus University in Rotterdam.
Last year I moved from Turin, Italy with the desire to start a new life in the Netherlands and so far I am loving this country.
Along with my studies, I recently started working as an intern at Housing Anywhere, which happens to be close to where I currently live.
However, my current housing contract is unfortunately ending on July 25th, so I was looking for a new accommodation, with the intent to move in immediately or by August 1st. Since this room seems like a great potential fit, I would love to rent it for a minimum of 6 months/1 year, if it’s possible.
Just to give two words for the landlord and my flatmate(s) about me: I’m the type of person that is very tidy, respectful, and easy to live with. I enjoy a relaxed and friendly home environment, and outside of work and study, I like to bike around the city, go to the gym, spend time with friends and make the most of sunny days. I always take great care of the space I live in and would be happy to treat your place as my home.
I have all the documents usually needed ready to be sent: ID/Passport, working contract, payslips, bank statements and information about guarantor.
