<p data-start="118" data-end="265"><br data-start="133" data-end="136">My name is Federico, I am 23 years old and from February I will be moving to Rotterdam to start working as an investment analyst.</p>
<p data-start="267" data-end="619">I am looking for a room from February for at least 6 months. I am a tidy and respectful person, but also very easy-going and. I am quite quiet and always mindful of shared spaces. Over the past years, I have consistently lived with other boys and girls of different ages and backgrounds and have never had any issues, having lived abroad in Italy, Germany and Singapore.</p>
<p data-start="621" data-end="826">I speak Italian and English, a little French and I still remember a few words of German. In my free time, I enjoy playing basketball or going for a run, but my greatest passion is hiking in the mountains.</p>
